“Showcase of Learning Resources: Edgeware”

In which the Edgeware resource binder was distributed to participants, and previewed.

Copies of the binder Edgeware: Complexity Resources for Health Care Leaders were distributed to each of the participants.
Edgeware grew out of discussion about the enormous amounts of information being generated by VHA’s explorations into complexity science. It’s also a product of requests from members of VHA’s complexity learning networks for resources and materials to help them introduce complexity ideas and approaches to colleagues in their organizations.

The book wasn’t designed for people with no background. It’s for people with enough background to want to engage others. “You don’t need copies for everyone,” Zimmerman explained. “You can use it to build your knowledge, to diffuse it through your organizations. This is about ‘doing it’.”
